As a Department Manager with MC SPORTS you will be responsible for managing: A productive and profitable department Merchandising, Store Operations & Loss Prevention Standards Team Leadership Product Knowledge Annual Goals Price maintenance (markups/markdowns) for sales and Assisting in the timely processing of incoming/outgoing shipments Maintenance of an organized, neat back room.
