Manufacturing Engineer (EE) - (Willows, CA)

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, design and estimate time and cost, and oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and component * Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems or the causes of component failures * Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, and provide advice on issues * Coordinate maintenance and operation of production equipment such as mixing, crushing, heat transfer, distillation, oxidation, hydrogenation and polymerization * Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure products are free from flaws and function as designed * Analyze reports and defective processes/products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions * Ensure compliance with established industry safety, environmental and design standards and guidelines
