The IT Services Senior Project Manager will be responsible for program management, project management and business analysis activities for several concurrent projects within the Mobile Application Practice. The senior project manager will partner with the Disciplined Operations Area of Ability Leadership teammates, business unit business managers, business unit IT managers as well as vendor SMEs to define longterm strategic direction and to drive quality project delivery. What You'll Do: At a program level, partner with Disciplined Operations Area of Ability senior management (Steering Committee) to develop and maintain a long-term strategic plan At a program level, develop and manage an overarching program plan, and associated governance, processes, procedures and tools to maximize the delivery security of the program At a project level
