POSITION OVERVIEW Manages a team of transaction management professionals responsible for providing real estate services for the client to ensure that the best interests of the client and of CBRE are met. Assists staff and divisions on the acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities, including facility location, site acquisition, and leasing of space. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively manages a team responsible for performing a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects. Implements real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
