CEO Financial Institution - Indiana PA - (Indiana, PA)

We are seeking an experienced, growth-focused Chief Operating Officer who will support the work of the bank's Chief Executive Officer focusing on the day-to-day operations in the company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading the Electronic Banking, Deposit Operations, Compliance and Retail Banking networks. The COO will partner with peer staff members: chief financial, chief lending and chief IT officers to ensure quality improvement and corporate growth. The COO is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program aspects of the annual budget in conjunction with the chief financial officer and CEO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as stewardship, of the bank by being actively involved in all programs and services. Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the program and service areas, focusing on systems/process improvement.
