DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of the company's operational risk management program. ORM focuses on strategic and tactical risks that may impact the company's expertise to achieve its business objectives. The scope of ORM includes managing the risk of direct or indirect loss, or reputational harm, from inadequate or failed processes, people, and systems, or from external events. ORM partners closely with other risk and control functions including Legal, Compliance, Security, Info Technology, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Internal Audit, in addition to the front and back office business areas and operational areas.
