REGIONAL MANAGER - Health, Safety & Environmental - West - (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Manages organizational safety and compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations in assigned sites. Develops and implements regional HSE programs by providing technical assistance in the identification, evaluation, and control of workplace hazards. Detailed Description: - Monitors and evaluates assigned sites to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety qualifications across all safety areas. - Plans, administers, and manages organization safety policies, programs, and training for assigned sites. - Manages reporting of safety performance measures for assigned sites, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) attainment compared to standards, records on lost time incidents, and trend analysis. - Serves as single point of contact for assigned sites for critical incident management and regulatory agency audits/inspections.
