Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Develop plant maintenance programs to ensure continuous achievement of production and quality goals Comply with all regulatory guidelines for the plant Demonstrate adherence to all plant safety policies Comply with ISO 22000 quality and food safety systems Actively participate in the plant safety incentives program including safety meeting attendance, behavioral safety audits, CBT safety topics etc. Achieve zero accidents or injuries Ensure appropriate safety tools are used in performing the site maintenance tasks Ensure the execution of all assigned work orders as efficiently as possible Oversee completion of preventative maintenance in accordance with best practices including proper documentation Understand and comply with all plant rules and safety qualifications Know and comply with all Plant GMP policies Other duties as assigned Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and joint accountability with the production unit, recognizing mutual goals, accountabilities
