Full & Part-time Teller & CSR Positions As a community bank, DCB seeks to make a positive impact with each action, whether it is supporting local non-profits or investing in our employees development. The Delaware County Bank is currently hiring FT and PT Tellers and CSR positions for many of our branch locations. As a Teller, your key responsibilities would include: Providing quality service to all customers in a courteous and professional manner. Processing customer transactions including but, not limited to, check cashing, deposits, and loan payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Cross-selling retail services and essential partner products to eligible customers. As a CSR, your main responsibilities would include all of the above responsibilities as well as: Assisting customers with new accounts, including savings, checking, certificates of deposit, loans and referring business to our essential partners throughout DCB.
