The Position The Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for developing and guiding their team to provide world class customer service through inside sales, order management, billing, transportation, logistics and other key areas. They will be responsible for managing the order lifecycle from creation through delivery to ensure inventory availability, lead times, pricing integrity, terms of sales and adherence to policy and process. The Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for identifying issues driving any system gaps, identify trends and lead the solutions effort to develop alternative strategies and tactics.
