Customer Service Representative - (Union Grove, WI)

Maintains good communication, including timely response to and relations with customers, field sales, and distribution network. Extensive interaction with customers, field sales, warehouses, distributors, and other company personnel via telephone, email, and fax. Answers/responds to telephone calls, emails, and faxes related to questions on product availability, uses, or application; resolves complaints or problems related to damaged, late, or incorrect shipment of products. A lot of the communication happens via email. Provides pricing, availability, and delivery of product info. Prepares costing for custom products and determines price quotations within assigned territories. Performs accurate and timely order entry for customer qualifications. Provides detailed quotes to external sales representatives. Analyzes customer Request For Quotes (RFQs) and determines if our capabilities fulfill qualifications. Performs lead time checks on products using bill of material/shop support.
