Help Desk Technology Associate - (Norwalk, CT)

We seek a Help Desk Associate for an immediate contract position. The role will be a 6 mnth contract in Norwalk, Connecticut. The Help Desk Technology Associate is responsible for 1st response in answering, commenting, and replying to open incidents that come into the technology desk. The incumbent must have the expertise to identify and organize and resolve tickets according to priority. Must possess current knowledge of technical logic and methodology to run computer systems. J OB RESPONSIBILITIES Background in an enterprise technology environment, familiar with IT standards and best practices Effectively handle multiple tasks, is customer focused, able to work in a quick paced and challenging environment Demonstrate a hands-on approach Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestones for tasks in order to ensure overall success Is innovative and can bring new ideas and solutions to problems
