Home Health Aide / HHA - Full Time - (Syracuse, NY)

As a Certified Home Health Aide -( HHA ) you will enable individuals with illnesses, limitation or disabilities to safely stay in their homes. You will provide care and support to clients who are unable to perform daily activities without assistance. Working with a "Plan of Care" you will perform specific tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, laundry, personal care and follow all safety precautions as outlined in your Home Helath Aide training. Travel to our clients locations is generally within a two to 10 mi radius and public transporation is available to most areas.
