Full- Time Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Groundskeeper duties include all aspects of landscaping, maintenance and installation. Mowing, pruning, plant installation Background and horticultural education preferred. Current drivers license required Rotational on-call duties 24/7 JOB OVERVIEW The primary purpose of your position is to maintain the appearance of the campus so that it is presentable and attractive at all times and to provide the highest quality care and service to our residents. WORK CONDITIONS Works primarily outside in all weather conditions. Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves constantly during working hours Subject to frequent interruptions Involved with residents, co-workers, visitors, governmental agencies, etc. under all conditions and circumstances. Subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, etc. Works beyond normal hours and on weekends during weather emergencies and in other positions temporarily as needed.
