Food Service Director - (Florham Park, NJ)

FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR Position responsibilities: • The Food Service Director must be ServSafe certified, and have a min of 2 yrs experience as a Food Service Director in a long-term care/ sub acute environment. A CDM or in process certification is preferred. • A desire to serve others is necessary. • The Food Service Director must be well versed in purchasing systems, menu programs and software and be able to read and understand financial reports associated with the Dietary Department as well as possess a strong knowledge of and commitment to meet the federal, state and local regulations. • As a member of the leadership team, the Food Service Director will partner with the other members of the team to meet the nutritional needs of the residents and to provide services for special events and the daily activity programs. • At least 2-three years of Skilled and Longterm Care Food Service Management • Certified Dietary Manager preferred
