Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinican - (Norwich, CT)

UCFS is seeking an Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician , specializing in substance abuse , to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Team in Norwich! This position will provide a wide spectrum clinical outpatient services for individuals, families, couples or groups of all ages regarding psychological, behavioral or emotional problems through the development and implementation of clinical assessment and clinical treatment plans. Assignments include: Assess level of risk and appropriate level of care with routine and emergency clients of all ages who may present in crisis with complex and long-term mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Assess, evaluate, and diagnose mental, emotional, developmental, and behavioral disorders in individuals, couples, and families of all ages based on and with the support of clinical standard of practice.
