Title : Plant HR Manager Location : NW Ohio Relocation : Yes Role Overview : Lucas Group has partnered with a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company on the search for a Plant HR Manager based in our client’s Toledo, OH facility. We are looking for a true plant generalist. This manufacturing facility has approx 400+ union employees and strong Labor Relations background is a must! The HR Manager will participate in contract negotiations and regularly involved in employee engagement, learning & development, and creating HR initiatives with the Plant Manager. Qualifications : 5+ years of Generalist background in a manufacturing environment Must have background in a unionized environment Expertise to build trust with the workforce and leadership team Strong employee relations background Bachelor’s degree required
