Entry Level Recruiter / Candidate Screener Position description: Applicants will be working through an candidate tracking system to provide initial phone interviews and disposition of applicants that have applied to positions Applicants will have a general phone script asking interview questions first shift 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday Training will be provided 40 hours per week with chance of OT Contract goes through December 2016 with high chance to go longer and potential to become an internal employee with Aerotek. Entry Level Position Laptop, phone, and office equipment will be provided Pay level is $14/hr. Requirements: Bachelors Degree highly desired Must be able to provide our customer's background to every candidate during the phone screen.
