Newport TN Human Resources Manager: The Plant Human Resources Manager serves a critical servant leadership role as part of the organization's top management team and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. Works closely with Management Staff. Reports to General Manager and Dotted Line to Corporate HR. Key Accountabilities: Participates as a member of the General Manager's Staff. Perform all duties in a safe manner. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Interact in a professional manner with other associates/customers. Work Overtime as necessary. Identify plant personnel needs. Screen, hire and process new associates. Maintain Corporate HRIS and Payroll Computer Systems. Maintain Company Bulletin Boards. Maintain statistical details for purposes of Corporate and plant metric reporting.
