Atterro and Samsung Electronics America are hiring for a contract Data Analyst! This is a long-term contract role working onsite at Samsung, offering aggressive compensation and benefits. Data Analyst * Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Ad-Hoc Reporting/Analysis on Service Tracking Analysis & Monitoring of Service KPI's and Performance Metrics * Development and execution of special projects to improve KPI's * Assist Sr. Data Analyst with Development & Maintenance of the Reporting Process and Documenting & Reporting G-CIC errors and Issues ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily, Weekly & Monthly analysis/presentation on Service Tracking Management Data to include critical points for improvement * Required to collaborate together with Field Service to provide Analytic support (Reporting on KPI's, Service, Network, etc * Coordinate with various departments on supporting KPI improvement plans * Coordinate service policy development with all service groups including sales PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
