Our client is currently seeking a Director of Operations 1.Place in the organization Direct superior: reports to Managing Director ERS, coordinating Sales and Purchase with Director Sales & Marketing ERS and Director Purchase ERS 2.Job content TheOperations Director has P & L responsibility and manages a lean production process running safely , efficiently and effectively to achieve high-quality products at the lowest possible costs in accordance with the specifications and customer requirements . He / she is thus responsible for the financial, QHSE and production results and proper staffing of the organization. He / she also initiates , responding to developments in the market , new innovative ideas with regard to both product and process and is continually improving , the cooperation project with the central technology department. 3.Responsible for: -Leads the management team ( production , maintenance, QHSE, ...).
