VP of Marketing - (New York, NY)

To help manage our continued growth, we're looking for a stellar marketing leader to serve as our 1st Vice President of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, you'll shape a new and growing function within our company and become a marketing trailblazer in a new and rapidly growing media industry. You will manage the entire Company marketing funnel across all of our businesses: overall branding, audience growth and acquisition for our content, customer acquisition for our direct-to-consumer businesses, and client and customer acquisition for our advertising sales arm. Specifically, you'll: Grow, manage and coach a world-class digital media and product marketing staff Develop deep insight into the podcast consumer and the potential market for our products Define the overarching brand identity for all of our businesses and potential future properties In conjunction with the Product and Content teams
