Residential Coordinator - (Virginia Beach, VA)

FUNCTION : Residential Coordinators (RCs) are ultimately responsible for the daily health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services, safety of their living environments and the recruitment, scheduling, training and supervision of the staff providing direct support services. All services are to be provided in a manner consistent with Volunteers for America Chesapeake values, mission, principles and in accordance their policies, and practices as well as state licensing standards. Residential program sites operate 24 hours a day seven days a week, 365 days a year. Residential Coordinators report to the Program Director.
