Accounts Payable Coordinator,Finance,1.0 - (Neshanic Station, NJ)

Principally responsible for various duties relating to Accounts Payable within the Finance Department. Main assignments include processing and payment of all invoices and check requests timely; and maintaining an organized AP filing system. Also responsible for the daily maintenance of cash receipts worksheet, serves as the back-up for daily mail processing and the associated bookkeeping tasks. 8:00-16:30 Monday-Friday High-school certificate required; Associate or Certificate in Accounting/Finance area preferred. At least 2 years background in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable/receivable
