Property Manager with Tax Credit Experience - (Midlothian, VA)

CAPREIT, a national property management company that owns and manages multifamily housing communities across the US is recruiting for an Experienced Tax Credit Community Manager for a Midlothian Tax Credit Apartment Community, located in Midlothian Va. Assignments include: Manages the daily operations of the community in order to provide a fiscally sound and well-maintained apartment community. Maintains a high-level of occupancy while pushing effective rents to achieve growth in GPR. Prepares an annual budget; variance and weekly reporting; AP, AR and delinquency control. Assists with processing invoices, daily deposits, complete move-ins and move-outs, and refunds security deposits. Provides a high-level of service to residents while promoting great resident relations and personally handles resident complaints. Supervises, trains, and motivates community personnel by promoting teamwork to achieve a common goal. Compliance with Tax credit programs. Position qualifications
