Property Manager - (Burlington, IA)

Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Property Manager at our property, Robinson Heights, located in Burlington, IA. Preference will be given to those who have background in Project Based Section eight Housing and LIHTC. This is a full time, benefits eligible position with an attractive starting salary. Assignments include: Processing applications and income certifications Supervising maintenance and other staff members at the property Providing management with weekly and monthly financial support Ensuring that all Section eight and HUD regulations are adhered to Marketing property and increasing traffic Ensuring that the propertys curb appeal is impeccable Providing excellent customer service
