Inventory Clerk - (Lebanon, VA)

I. Job Summary: Maintains control and accurate accounting of inventory. Orders, receives, stocks, and supplies materials in and out of supply room. Sends and receives equipment repairs. Daily contact with Central Office, Data Network, Wireless Network, and LAN Technicians. Daily contact with repair facilities for equipment repairs & vendors for pricing. Work is normally performed inside. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Organize according to need. II. Duties and Responsibilities: * Issues materials from supply room. * Orders and receives materials, verifies and matches packing slips to purchase orders, entersinto system within 24 hours. * Operates forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling. * Stocks material and monitors and maintains inventory. * Creates purchase orders for repairs. Also creates purchase orders for new equipment in absence of the purchasing agent. Coordinates with the purchasing agent as appropriate.
