Quality Assurance Supervisor - Beverages - (Muskogee, OK)

Lucas Group is screening for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the laboratory activities of the Quality Assurance Technicians of a beverages manufacturer. The QA Supervisor will be a key member to the QA department and interface with the production team on product quality and safety. The QA Supervisor coordinates and directs production activities concerned with product development and quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities * Maintain and improve SQF program (Safe Quality Foods) Level three program. * Become certified as SQF Practitioner. Maintain certifications with acceptable audits results. * Participant in Food Safety team to include HACCP training and relevant certifications. * Ensure customer required documentation is collected, reviewed, and approved by established deadlines. * Collaboration with Formulation Analyst, coordinators, and Production Supervisors to ensure safe compliant production to the specifications. * Chemistry and Microbiology lab supervisor.
