RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance. This position is open in San Francisco, CA and Charlotte, NC markets. Duties Include: Responsible for writing content for the Manager Center project Understand user needs and company/business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable, easy-to-understand content for the company managers Collaborate with the lead content strategist, lead writer and editor, line-of-business leaders and executives, communications professionals, and other project teammates to develop content in the company brand voice while adhering to style guides and content strategy standards Strive to achieve business goals, identify content development opportunities, and continually improve existing content
