Hot End Supervisor - GLASS INDUSTRY - (Waukee, IA)

This job mandates leadership for a team of twenty production employees on a rotating shift. You will ONLY work fourteen days out of every 28. You will lead/coach employees in all Hot End Operations. This is the perfect platform to demonstrate your leadership skills, and to learn the process, culture and environment. This position is the stepping stone to upper level production management.
