Customer Service Representative - (Greeneville, TN)

Position overview: Under general direction, responsible for serving the needs of customers in regards to solving problems, taking orders, troubleshooting problems, supplying additional details, and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Outbound marketing calls are also involved. Responsibilities: Answer phones and communicate with customers in a professional manner. Coordinate with the necessary internal personnel to help answer questions/solve problems for customers. Take orders including credit card orders and placing outbound marketing calls. Authorize credits cards for payments to be made. Register grills as needed. Order replacement parts for grills and furniture as needed. Use the RightNow system to for all grill products and components in order to log customer details and look up warranties. Validate warranties and order the correct replacement parts. Process web siteorders for customer and other on-line customer portals.
