Lead Teacher/ Infant Manager - (Topeka, KS)

Security Benefit Academy has an opening for a full time Unit Leader in our child care center. As a Unit Leader you will act as a working manager as well as have responsibilities caring for infants and supervising teammates. This full time position works 4 (4) 10-hour days. The Academy hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7 am - 6 pm. The SBA Unit Leader will be responsible for developing and executing an ongoing program of activities that meets the basic developmental needs and self-care skills of our children, as well as encouraging the children to move from vigorous physical activities to quiet activities. The individual chosen must be able to maintain a supportive, warm and encouraging environment for children an interact with them in a positive and loving manner. Also, as a teacher you must be able to maintain a constructive and supportive relationship with parents and other associates.
