This culinary leader will provide planning and production oversight for the bakery, garde manger and range areas of the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU) production kitchen in offerings for retail outlets and catering operations. In this role you will support and direct these areas as dictated by business level, special event or general need situations. Such leadership includes areas such as perform menu planning, food ordering, food preparation, work scheduling, supervision of kitchen staff including hiring and training of employees.
