Unit Description Sodexo Universities has an exciting opportunity for a Catering chef on the campus of Keene State College. Keene State is considered and has maintained Showcase Account status. Sodexo's Food Service is very engaged in the campus community and maintains a very positive campus partner relationship. Managers interact and provide assistance in each unit as needed. Campus is proud of its sustainability efforts and embraces the Dining Global Chef and local programs. As a part of our management team, the Catering Chef maintains a high-level of food quality and customer service in all aspects of food prep and presentation in Catering, and assists in Resident Dining as business permits. The Catering Chef is responsible for the maintenance of day to day culinary operations, HACCP Safety, and training as pertains to all culinary staff and supports the financial/HR functions. Must maintain high customer satisfaction and good public relations. The position will require flexibility of work schedule.
