Chef Manager - (Danville, IL)

Unit Description Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager with Presence Health at 2 facilities in Central Illinois Presence Covenant Medical Center in Urbana, IL and Presence United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, IL. The Chef Manager will serve as the main culinary resource at these 2 facilities. The Chef Manager willinteract and provide assistance in each unit as needed. As a part of our management team, the Chef Manager will maintain a high-level of food quality and customer service in all aspects of food preparation and presentation in both the patient and retail dining operations, willassist in the day to day culinary operations, will help administer HACCP Safety programs and training, will assist in supporting the financial/HR functions of the unit and maintain customer and patient satisfaction and good public relations. This position will manage in a team-centered environment.
