Unit Description Sodexo currently has a job opportunity for a Executive Chef2 tojoin our food and nutrition team in Bismarck, ND The Executive Chef will be responsible for all food production and room service program, training, retail, patient and catering food quality. Strong emphasis on patient, customer and employee satisfaction. Knowledge of food production systems, food cost controls, merchandising and customer satisfaction is a required. Schedule for this position is 9:30am-6:00 with some nights, weekends and holidays. Position duties include: Manages and directs fifteen hourly employees at this unit and two managers Oversees all aspects of the culinary function for the retail and patient food service including purchasing, operations, waste control, and cost analysis. Ensures effective and efficient process management. Manages the Food Management System (FMS) and all Sodexo goal check standards. Provides training, coaching and leadership to the culinary team.
