Powder Coat Painter - (Sparta, NC)

Sparta, North Carolina company seeks Powder Coat Painter. Pay $9/hr + depending on background. first Shift, 7AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. Duties include: Prepare surfaces to be coated by using various methods (high pressure water washing or power wire brushing) to remove grease, dirt and rust Inspect, operate and test products to verify functioning, capabilities and conformance to specifications. Position and align components for assembly. Applying a wide spectrum of powder coatings per manufacturer qualifications to fabricated metal products Rework, repair and replace damaged parts. Read and interpret blueprints and manuals and plan assembly or building operations. Maintain and lubricate parts and components. Expertise to apply industrial coatings in confined spaces Conduct tests and inspections of products, services and processes to evaluate quality or performance. Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
