Director of Legal Operations & Administration','1606423','!*!Santander?s Legal Department assists the bank in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating legal and compliance risks. The department also substantially contributes to successful acquisitions and mergers, integrations and regulatory examinations. As part of Santander?s Legal team you?ll help provide customized solutions and high-quality, cost effective legal services to support Santander?s goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.The Director of Legal Operations and Administration will be responsible for managing the operation and administration of all functions and departments reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. Assignments include financial, vendor, outside counsel, human resources, risk and IT systems management. Work together with Chief Legal Officer and senior leaders of the department to implement strategy and policy to ensure integrated US operations, minimizing cost and maximizing efficiencies.
