Position summary The Fort Family Call Center Specialist (second shift) serves customers by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; and managing staff. Critical functions and Responsibilities Maintain liaison with USAR personnel, various support agencies, state and local governments, and public and private organizations through the exchange and sharing of info Ensure all activities are documented in the ARFP data management system Contact service members and their families identified by the ARFPD Act as a liaison between family members of cross-leveled and reassigned soldiers and losing/gaining units to facilitate and maintain continuity of FP support and services Provide non-medical short-term consultation to include a 24-hour crisis intervention support and services to distressed calls IAW existing DoD and Army guidance Make referrals to organizations which
