Affordable Housing Residential Property Management Company is looking to a hire a live-in Superintendent for property in Lawrence, MA. The property consists of affordable housing for low-income tenants. The SUPER MUST LIVE ON-SITE. Applicant must have maintenance knowledge such as basic carpentry, electric, plumbing, painting, carpet installation and HVAC. Pay package includes a one-bedroom apartment and paid utilities. Position description The position of Residential Building Superintendent is responsible for the safe and economical maintenance of the building, the grounds, outside perimeter as well as the building's mechanical equipment. The Superintendent should demonstrate strong characteristics of commitment, trustworthiness and accountability. This position reports to the Regional Property/Maintenance Manager. Major Duties and Responsibilities: ?Supervises the work of handymen, porters, seasonal workers and tradespeople. ?Ensures compliance and adherence to building rules and regulations.
