Inside Account Manager, Insurance Sales - (Dallas, TX)

Kemper’s Sales team is an integral part of the company as this team consults closely with independent agencies that sell our home and auto insurance to our customers. This position is located at our Kemper office in Dallas, TX. As an Inside Agency Account Manager you will serve as a company representative to an assigned group of agents. This inside sales position will assist in territory growth and includes opportunity for growth in a fast growing new department. This role will utilize your sales and relationship background and includes a variety of responsibilities: •Make outbound sales calls and build effective relationships with customers and co-workers. •Manage an assigned channel of agents to achieve new business quota each month. •Train agents on company underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, web siteand web rater. •Act as the Company representative and liaison between agency and company personnel to identify and resolve issues.
