Entry to Mid-Level Food Scientist Apex Life Sciences is looking to prepare for a project with 1 of our large Food Industry clients. We are looking for food science or related candidates open to both contract and permanent opportunities. Responsibilities: Working with client to do formulations work for various food products Quality Assurance with both internal and vendor processes Reviewing Ingredient specification requests Contacting suppliers for any additional details needed Using proprietary computer systems to input requests and create specification sheets Presenting results to suppliers and negotiating any changes that need to be made Required skills: Bachelors in Food Science or related Proficient with Excel Proficient in communicating with suppliers and able to drive processes aggressively yet professionally Able to work well in a team environment Interested candidates are encouraged to apply at https://jobs.apexlifesciences.com/ or email XXXX@apexlifesciences.com EEO Employer
