Introduce and implement newest market developments & trends in analytics to business leaders & fellow scientists. Initiate and execute new projects and incorporate new concepts into existing products. Work with Analytics Organization (AO) Directors to develop and transition new analytics to other hub & spoke teams to meet business leader needs. Generate market and business insights for PHS through research and advanced, predictive, and optimization analytics. Responsibilities: *Initiate and implement innovative analytics/solutions (e.g. predictive & optimization analytics) beyond current PHS analytics capabilities. *Leverage understanding of complex statistical, big data & technical concepts to advance portfolio of solutions. *Keep pace with market developments & trends in analytics. *Represent PHS externally.
