Home Mortgage In-Line Quality Assurance Manager - (Warwick, RI)
Description The Home Mortgage In-Line Quality Assurance Manager's primary role is to establish and maintain an effective In-Line Quality Assurance Program for Home Mortgage to ensure the end to end (E2E) business line is meeting its key regulatory compliance on an on-going basis. This position is an independent evaluation of the quality of compliance for mortgage loans originated and serviced. The Quality Assurance (QA) manager must provide management with an appropriate level of knowledge pertaining to the quality of the processes intended to achieve compliance and must develop robust reporting to ensure business line management can take the appropriate actions as warranted by In-line Quality Assurance results. This position will require constant analysis of the compliance components to be tested, the appropriate level of staffing to complete the function, and the reporting needed to support the business line.
