Cost accounting manager - (Madison, WI)

Min Requirements: • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or a related position • 1-7 yrs standard cost accounting background in a manufacturing setting • Proven background with ERP systems software *Demonstrated leadership abilityPreferred Requirements: • CPA, Completion of CPA Exam or CMA • Manufacturing background including standard costing, material, labor and overhead variance analysis • General accounting knowledge in both GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley, strong Microsoft office suite capability and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) • Proven work history in process improvements and cost savings plans • Strong organizational and communications skills with proven background to convey ideas to a diverse audience (Finance and Operational Partners)
