Assistant Deli Manager - (Lexington, SC)

Assistant Deli Managers provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to insure Deli department employees achieve satisfactory performance standards; insuring customers receive polite, friendly service from the deli department staff and operating the department according to merchandising, sanitation/safety, and operational guidelines and programs. The Assistant Deli Manager should also insure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards, perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and customer service, as well as maintain the desired level of inventory/supplies, and maintain the department's labor budget and scheduling standards. REQUIREMENTS: ? Must be at least 18 yrs old ? Friendly, outgoing personality ? Expertise to work well with others ? Expertise to lift 25 pounds. consistently and 50 pounds.
