ASSISTANT BEEF SHOPPE MANAGERS ensure effective and profitable operations of the meat department through sales maximization and employee growth. Assistant Meat Managers ensure customers receive polite, friendly service; work with the Meat Manager in effective scheduling; ensure department is compliant with workplace standards; ensure proper departmental sanitation and safe food handling practices; train and develop meat department employees; and implement and maintain an in-store culture that ensures growth. The Assistant Meat Manager takes complete ownership of the department including fresh and frozen meat and seafood and works closely with the DSD Receiver and Pricing Coordinator as well as performs all other duties assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: ? Must be at least eighteen years old ? Expertise to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 100 lbs.
