Field Service Engineer - (Reedley, CA)

Position summary Job Summary: To provide customer satisfaction, team effectiveness and efficiency by performing quality service on our packaging machinery. Provide controls engineering and support new product development and custom application projects as well as develop electronic controls solutions using current technology that meet market and/or customer requirements. The position will assist and lead troubleshooting efforts performing service-related tasks to support products in the field. Essential Job responsibilities And Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction Troubleshoot and perform repairs and modifications on the mechanical, electrical, or software aspects of equipment at customer sites to customer's satisfaction. Assist in the start-up, checkout, installation, and testing of new equipment. Instruct personnel at customer sites on the safety, proper operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment to improve efficiency of customer productivity.
