Structural Ceramic Process Engineer (Registration Required) - (Lyons, NY)

Position description: This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the development and implementation of process controls and improvements and assisting in the development and introduction of new products and processes. The Process Engineer will monitor production, provide training to operators and give effective feedback. He or she will apply problem-solving skills to ascertain the root cause of production problems and determine the best course of action for their resolution, working within the quality system to minimize or eliminate production downtime and non-conforming product. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist manufacturing in resolving production problems (active involvement in daily production activities) Use a hands-on approach to develop and promote process improvements.
