Drafter/Detailer - Tradeshows / Architectural Interiors - (Melville, NY)

NO RELOCATION OR SPONSORSHIP OFFERED. DRAFTER/DETAILER We are seeking a skilled architectural millwork Detailer / Detailer to join its millwork engineering department. This group is responsible for creating all construction drawings from 3D design renderings and breaking out CNC parts for the fabrication of various retail, corporate, and other interior environments as well as custom trade show exhibits. Full project scopes involve all aspects of construction design, engineering, fabrication, and installation. In this role you will work directly with project managers and production supervisors in order to turn concept designs into functional drawings that will be used out on the shop floor. We use state-of-the-art integrated software to facilitate semi-autonomous creation of cut-files from our intelligent CAD drawings, creating a unique procedure that gives our detailers more control over what moves from the office to the shop.
